Projects

     While studying fluid mechanics classmates and I were presented with the task to design and build a small vehicle that fit strict size measurements. During this project we used Solidworks, a computer assisted design application to create a 3D model to test before production.

 

     After the designing process we got the opportunity to use a hot wire drilling device to cut our design out of styrofoam and build our car model. FInally we brought them to a wind tunnel where we tested the vehicle at different wind speeds to test the drag produced by it.
